HSQE Specialist (Health, Safety, Quality and Environment Specialist)

Job responsibility:

• Responsible for HSQE (health, safety, quality and environmental) related issues for the company and project.
• Furnish HSQE related policies and monitor implementation of the HSQE polices, make sure such policies comply with related laws and regulations.
• Provide training to company employees regarding HSQE issues and polices.
• Supervise the Project works and make sure the works comply with approved HSQE policies.
• Liaison with client, consultant, government authorities and other stakeholders to address HSQE issues and seek proper solutions.
• Carry out and document risk assessments, and investigate major or high-risk accidents and incidents and prepare reports.

Salary standard is determined according to the applicant's experience and capability.  

• Bachler's degree in engineering, environmental science or health and safety.
• At least 10 years of professional experience.
• At least 8 years in a HSQE role during the design of water or wastewater treatment plants.
• Proficient in using English as working language, and sound skills in communication and negotiation.
• This position requires a candidate to arrive on board as soon as possible.
