Job Description:

We are looking for a highly seasoned and skilled Chef Sales Officer to join Ashewa technology solution SC. The job holder is Responsible for meeting our revenue growth and customer acquisition objectives thru effective marketing and strategies that can help we achieve our annual sales and financial targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Oversee and leads company’s sales department to meet revenue and sales growth targets

·       Develop and implement objective strategic plan that helps achieve sales targets and expand the customer base to boost revenues

·       Communicate the value proposition of our products and services via presentations and proposals effectively to the management and sales teams

·       Lead revenue forecasting by assessing sales effectiveness against set target.

·       Assists in the development of the sales plan and prepare forecasts and KPIs for the department and sales team

·       Undertake negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

·       Build and retain strong and long-lasting relationships with the customers and handle customer complaints and make sure customer complaints are resolved as quickly as possible

·       Work closely with other departments (Sales team, Marketing Manager, tech team ,e-commerce and Engineering) to develop sales strategies and its effectiveness in achieving sales leads

·       Responsible for generating daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports based on KPIs

·       Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with potential customers both externally and internally

·       Coordinate, lead and participate office visit for prospects.

·       Monitor competitor’s sales activities and assist the Sales and Marketing Manager to come up with better sales strategies.

·       Engaged in all related activity which will be assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

MA/BA Degree in Marketing/management or related fields with at least 10/12-year proven experience respectively in sales area or equivalent positions in technology /sales or e-commerce setting organizations out of which at least 4 years in relevant managerial or senior managerial roles.

Note: Age not less than 40
