Office Secretary

Our company Estifanos Mekasha Amare is a company engaged in Import and Export business as well as food manufacturing, operating both in Gelan sights (just out skirt of the capital city) and Kombolcha Dese which the head office resides in the capital City-Addis Ababa,  

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating and formatting documents, presentations, and reports using office software.
• Proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Filing and organizing documents efficiently (both physical and digital).
• Preparing presentations and meeting rooms for gatherings.
• Maintaining a professional and organized work environment
• Scheduling appointments and meetings for their supervisor(s) and potentially other colleagues.
• Maintaining and managing calendars, ensuring everyone is aware of deadlines and commitments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Education & Experience

• A Collge diploma plus 3 years’ experience is typically the minimum requirement.
• An associate's degree in Office Administration or a related field can be a benefit.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software: This includes Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Active listening: Understanding instructions and requests accurately is crucial.
• Time management and prioritization
