Invitations To Individual Trainer For The Provision Of Training Service on Leadership Skills

SAVE THE CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL (SCI, Ethiopia) is the world’s leading independent non-profit organization for children intends to enter an agreement with an individual leadership trainer that undertakes Leadership Skills Training to the save the children Female Staff.

Therefore, interested Individual leadership trainers that have experience in the area are invited to submit their proposal to provide the requested service.  The detail scope of work and criteria are included in the TOR.

Guidance on submission of Proposals:

The following instructions need to be followed when submitting proposals:

• Both Technical and Financial proposals should be submitted in a separate sealed envelope within the stated deadline.
• A cover letter expressing interest in the services and briefly stating which package is being applied for. (Maximum 2 pages)      
• CV and all relevant documents of the individual trainer that clearly shows the educational background, qualification, and experience and client reference should be submitted as a technical proposal.
• Potential trainers may obtain the TOR from Ethio jobs link until the proposal submission date. 

Both technical and financial proposals must be submitted in a hardcopy format in person to the address specified below.  One original and one financial proposal which clearly marked by the “bidders’ name, address, and the tender reference number and title as stated above. The proposal must be submitted to SCI up to May 8, 2024 @5:00 PM.

Save the Children Procurement Committee will open the submitted technical proposal on May 9, 2024 @10:30 AM.  Those bidders submitted their proposal can attend the opening ceremony if they wish to attend.

SCI reserves the right to accept or reject this bid, in partial, or in its entirety.
