Dega Group Trading PLC is engaged in import, and distribution of different trading items and consumer goods. Our Company would like to recruit qualified applicant for the following vacant posts.

- Job Requirements:
- Educational Background & Experience
- BA/Master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing management and related fields.
- Which is a minimum of 8 years’ experience for BA degree and 4 years’ experience for a Master’s degree out of which 5 years must be in the import-export manager role.
Knowledge and Skills- Excellent knowledge & skill of import-export laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of customs regulations, international shipping procedures and experience with international markets.
- Managing relationships with international clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Coordinating freight shipments to ensure that they arrive on time and without damage.
- Establishing and managing relationships with freight carriers and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Developing and implementing plans for increasing market share through brand awareness, new product development, and advertising
- Managing the supply chain process from procurement to shipment to customer delivery.
- The role of the Manager is to plan, organize, coordinate, lead and supervise the Department.
