Job Description:

Dega Group Trading PLC is engaged in import, and distribution of different trading items and consumer goods. Our Company would like to recruit qualified applicant for the following vacant posts.

Job Requirements:
Educational Background & Experience
  • BA/Master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing management and related fields.
  • Which is a minimum of 8 years’ experience for BA degree and 4 years’ experience for a Master’s degree out of which 5 years must be in the import-export manager role.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Excellent knowledge & skill of import-export laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations, international shipping procedures and experience with international markets.
  •  Managing relationships with international clients, vendors, and business partners.
  • Coordinating freight shipments to ensure that they arrive on time and without damage.
  • Establishing and managing relationships with freight carriers and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Developing and implementing plans for increasing market share through brand awareness, new product development, and advertising
  • Managing the supply chain process from procurement to shipment to customer delivery.
  • The role of the Manager is to plan, organize, coordinate, lead and supervise the Department.
