Junior Software Engineer

As a Junior Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and customization of Odoo ERP solutions for our clients. You will work closely with senior developers and project managers to understand client requirements and implement solutions that meet their business needs. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior developers and project managers to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assist in the development and customization of Odoo modules, workflows, and reports.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices.
• Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify and fix software defects.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of Odoo solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest Odoo developments and technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• 1 - 2 years of experience as an Odoo Developer.

• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow as a developer.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Odoo development or customization.
• Knowledge of the Odoo framework and its various modules.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask.
