Enterprise Compliance Specialist

Job Summary
Enterprise Compliance Management Specialist is responsible for leading and coordinating the Bank's operations in compliance with all pertinent laws, policies, procedures, and NBE directives. In addition, the role holder is responsible for identifying any violations and reporting the same with recommendations, and ensuring that the risk remains within the domain of regulatory requirements in accordance with approved policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Academic & Professional Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Law preferable, Risk Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related business field from a recognized institution is an added advantage.- Job Requirements:
Experience
· Minimum of six (6) years relevant experience

Required Technical Competency
· Knowledge of various types of compliance risks.
· Ability to conduct regular compliance risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
· Clear understanding of economics, emerging technologies, bank risks and relevant emerging issues in risk management.
· Knowledge of policies, regulations and directives related to Financial Sector.
· Risk management skills including risk assessment, evaluation, quantification, mitigation and reporting skills
