Job Description:
Purpose of the Job: 

He /She is generally responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members. They also assist with payroll management, so employees receive their paychecks on time. 

Main duties and responsibilities

  • supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.
  • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting, and managing the hiring process Manage the employee’s performance and coordinate performance appraisal.
  • Apply effective communication with employees. 
  • Committed and approachable individual and be impressed with his/her character and skills.
  • Ensure that compensation practices comply with current laws and regulations.
  • Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.

  • Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
  • Assist the specialist in Conflict management and problem solving.

Team Management 

  • Develop employee communication with the management team,

  • Giving Constructive feedback

KPI’s

  • act as mediators between employees and EATH.
  • Employee satisfaction rate with the salary process 
  • Average time to Facilitate letters 
  • Internal service level between the HR department and other business units.
  • Annual leave costs process  
  • Efficient Training facility 

Decision Making 

  • Letters in accordance with Company procedures
  • Appropriate time management absenteeism process 
  • Facilitation of HR activity.

Communication and work  relation 

Internal

  • CHR, Finance, and other heads of departments.

External

  • Social Security, Sister Company

Job Requirements:

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field with 3-4 years of demonstrated experience.
