Sales Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Make sure that daily, weekly and monthly sales target are met
• Ensure that sales men are going out to the market as per the program
• Ensure that all Factory products are available in the market
• Track competitor’s activity
• Do weekly plan and performance report
• Supervise and manage sales men under agents
• Closely watch his market and fix if there is any opportunities

Career Level : Mid level/ 4+ years’ experience relevant experience in FMCG environment & motorcycle license
