Job Description:

Ethiopian Lawyers with Disabilities Association (ELDA) with the support of Amplify Change seeks to hire a qualified consultant to develop organizational Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Strategy document that would lead Ethiopian lawyers with disability Association (ELDAs) future engagement in regard to monitoring and evaluation.

To this end, ELDA is requesting the services of an experienced consultant (individual or firm) in developing a holistic M&E strategy.

Thus, ELDA would like to invite any interested and qualified firm/individual consultant to participate in this bid with the following level of experience and qualification. 

  • Monitoring and Evaluation specialist or advanced university degree, masters or equivalent in project management, project planning, social science and relevant field. 
  • At least 5 years of professional experience working on program and project management – in designing, implementing (providing organizational support) projects with comprehensive M&E strategy
  • Demonstrated experience in policy development, strategy development and project cycle. 
  • Experience working on M&E document development for civil society organizations particularly with disability focused organization, programs or policies is advantageous; 
  • Excellent writing skills in English (brief and precise); 
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills in Amharic and/or English.
