Currently we are seeking for a Marketing Manager for our Chiropractic and physiotherapy clinics.At Spine Institute and Care Sh.C marketing is about understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs. We are looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who is eager to do this and more.The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring the team. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.Objectives of this role
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, document business processes, and provide sales support
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy
- Elevating brand awareness
- Overseeing Digital Marketing, creating Content Marketing and managing marketing campaigns
- Organizing and attending promotional event
Report to: Buisness Director

Preferred qualifications- MBA in marketing Management with 6 years’ experience in marketing, out of these at least 1 year in managerial level.
- BA in marketing Management with 8 years’ experience in marketing, out of these at least 2 years in managerial level .
- Hospital and Clinic Experience is preferable.
Required- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
- Established contacts in media
