Job Description:

Moyee Coffee stands as the initial multinational coffee roasting company based in Ethiopia boasting a seamlessly integrated operation spanning the entire coffee value chain, from cultivation to consumption.

The key account sales Specialist is responsible to increase sales volume growth by achieving
the sales volume target of key account, enhance focus because development, achieve
excellence in market execution, and manage Key Accounts to build a high Sales performance whilst adhering to company policies, procedures, and sales routines.

Details Key Account Sales Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

 Managing and maintaining customer accounts and recording accurate and detailed
customer data
 Gathering customer requests and requirements
 Building and maintaining long-term customer relations
 Ensuring that all customers receive the products and services on time
 Exceed company Key account sales targets;
 Prepares sales action plans and strategies to meet daily weekly and Monthly sales
targets.
 Identifies future and current trends to identify new services and products that appeal
to consumers.
 Recommends improvements to current sales techniques or procedures based on key
account sales performance and identify appropriate business targets to generate
sales opportunities.
 Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in providing a professional and excellent level
of customer service with existing and New customers;  Communicate with clients in order to receive their comments, handle their
complaints, questions and issues.
 Monitor competitors and market conditions.
 Ensures items are in stock and maintain inventory to keep up with fluctuating
demand and supply; work on store displays or work with store persons.
 Records sales figures and forward planning.
 Ensures promotions are within company’s standards.
 Developing selling of tactics through which maximum revenue can be earned.
 Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager to resolve customer complaints and issues
within the department for smooth functioning.
 Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying
appropriate business targets.
 Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in revising and implementing the sales
strategies plans.
 Preparing contract, signing, monitoring and confirming that the sale is being carried
out according to the contract
 Follow up and support to collect payment of credit seller on time
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • BA Degree in Marketing or other related filed
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales
