Education
- BA in Sales/ Marketing management
Work Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing preferred in Printing and Advertising industry
- 1-2 years of management experience
- Strong intrapersonal skills
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing
- Proven ability to learn and understand company policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure preferred
Skills required
- Accomplish marketing and sales human resource goals through normal managerial duties, such as recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and disciplining employees.
- Identifies and develops business development opportunities, based on companies past performance, qualifications, and overarching business development goals.
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- To maintain existing business relationships and secure new business growth through direct customer contacts and networking.
- Identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing and sales operational goals.
- Prepare an annual budget to meet marketing and sales financial goals.
- Develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goals.
- Identify different consumer requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities
- Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients.
- Gather, investigate and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information through reports.
- Stay up to date on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending conferences and workshops, reading professional publications, maintaining a personal network and joining professional organizations
- Collaborate with other managers and key stakeholders to achieve important goals.
Knowledge, Skills, Competence
- Printing and Advertising industry experience and Knowledge
- A can-do attitude with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with different personality types;
- Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point applications;
- Customer oriented, flexible approach and the ability to foster and encourage this in others,
- Solution focused with the ability to work quickly, accurately, timeliness, attentions to detail and flexibly in changing circumstance
- Report writing skills
- Speaking excellent English language both in written and oral
- Proven analytical and strategic planning skill
- Proven Leadership and communication skill
- Understand customer/partner challenges and findings solutions to them.
