Responsibilities & Requirements

Ø  Be responsible for his or her Owen act

Ø  Protect the rights and safety of patient

Ø  Witness

Ø  Document and communicate regarding client fundamentals

Ø  Refuse to carryout orders that the nurse believes to be harm to the client

Ø  Confidentiality

Ø  Qualified by the education and experience

Ø  Administer medication and treatment

Ø  Record medical history and symptom

Ø  Collaborate teams for patient care

Ø  Perform diagnostic  test

Ø  Monitor patients health

Ø  Provide support and advice to patient

Ø  Educate patients about how to manage an illness

Ø  Advocate for the health and wellbeing of patient

Ø  Provide basic bed side care
