Job Description:

As a Sales Representative for Haile Coffee, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of premium coffee products to prospective clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Your primary goal will be to increase sales revenue and market share within your designated territory or customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate Haile Coffee products to potential clients, showcasing their quality, flavor profiles, and unique selling points.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using CRM software or other tools.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements:

Qualification: 

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives.
  • Knowledge of coffee industry trends, brewing methods, and coffee culture is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
