Mid-Level UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a Mid-level UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our development team to design and deliver exceptional user experiences for our web and mobile platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers to create design solutions that meet business and user needs

• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms

• Develop and maintain design standards and style guides

• Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately

• Participate in design critiques and provide feedback to other designers

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms

• Proficient in at least one design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including proficiency in both English and Amharic

• Experience working in an Agile development environment

• Portfolio showcasing your design work and process
