Invitation For Consulting Firms that undertake to conduct an end-line evaluation at Selected BHA Woredas affected by Conflict and Droughts in Tigray, Amhara and Afar and Oromia & Somali Regions respectively.

SAVE THE CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL (SCI, Ethiopia) is the world’s leading independent non-profit organization for children intends to enter an agreement with consulting firms that conduct an end-line evaluation at Selected BHA Woredas affected by Conflict and Droughts in Tigray, Amhara and Afar and Oromia & Somali Regions respectively. 

Therefore, interested consulting firms that have experience in the sector are invited to submit their proposal to provide the requested service.  The detail criteria are included in the TOR.

Guidance on submission of Proposals:

The following instructions need to be followed when submitting proposals:

• Both Technical and Financial proposals should be submitted in a hardcopy format within the stated deadline.
• A cover letter expressing interest in the services and briefly stating which package is being applied for. (Maximum 2 pages)      
• Company profile and Organizational Structure should be included in the proposal

Potential consultants may obtain the TOR from Ethio jobs link until the proposal submission date. 

• Eligibility Documents – Renewed & Valid Business License
• Company profile listing the bidders’ address, branches, structure, resources……etc.
