- Job Description:
- Prime Engineering PLCWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering and Construction Manager to oversee our civil works construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of civil works construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Manage a team of engineers, project managers, and construction workers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Reports to: CEO/DGMCareer Level:10 years and above of experience with 5 years of civil works construction management. - Job Requirements:
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
