We arelooking for a potential experienced customer service officer full time employee.Main ResponsibilitiesThe objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by focusing on service skills andensure all required operational parameters are met and adhered to. He/she is closely involved ininteracting with customers on a day to day basis, placing orders, clarifying and resolving customercomplaints and queries, determining the cause of the problem, providing best resolution.Main Duties
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries.
- Talking to people and proactively solving issues
- Be responsible for converting customers into passionate loyally
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about service/product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Manage, supervisor and lead the receptionist in the reception area.
- Responsible for e-booking follow up and facilitate appointment and response according to the customer need.

- Qualification:
- Degree in Customer Service Management, Marketing management, Sales and procurement Management, computer science (IMS), and related field.
- Essential Key Selection Criteria
- Customer Service Officer Experiences.
- Smile Specialty Dental Clinic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain a pleasant and friendly working manner.
- Excellent time management skills and a high degree of flexibility.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Outlook email and calendar management systems, Power point and Excel.
- Touch typing and transcription.
- Hosting and Hospitality
Experience:- At least 2 years' of relevant work experience.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using various social media.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and priorities work.
- Experience in customer service or call Centre background preferred.
- Knowledge of multiple languages English is Must
- Educational Level: Bachelor Degree
