Specific Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to) 
  •  Handle all customers related issues
  • Sell company’s  services
  •  Process orders and transactions
  • Deliver information about a company’s offerings
  •  Provide proactive customer outreach
  •  Handle customer complaints
  •  Collect  and analyzing customer feedback
  • Respond to customer reviews
  • Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics

Job Requirements:
Qualification
  • Bachelor of Art Degree   in Business Management or Marketing or Economic

Experience

  • Fresh graduate /Two years of total work Experience in Similar and related Business companies
