Job Summary:

This role partners with hiring managers to find top talent by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You'll use your expertise to craft compelling job advertisements, manage the recruitment process through our internal platforms, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. The position holder works with multitasks mind set and actively participate in the team works tasks.

Detail roles and responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and matches with ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Utilize our internal software effectively to manage the recruitment process, including applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and communication.
  • Craft compelling job advertisements and interview/assessment questions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. 
  • Develops and implements a sourcing strategy to attract qualified and diverse candidates, utilizing online platforms, offline channels, and employee referrals.
  • Take part on any other HR tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor
Job Requirements:
Qualification and Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business management, Industrial Relations, or other related fields
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Good experience using recruiting (HR) software for applicant tracking, sourcing, and communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and online recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion for building relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, Amharic and any other national languages is required.
