Job Description:

As a Receptionist/Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors, managing front desk activities, and implementing strategies to enhance our brand's visibility online. Your role will involve:

  • Greeting visitors and clients, ensuring they feel valued and assisted.
  •  Managing incoming calls and correspondence, providing information, and routing messages accurately.
  •  Developing and executing social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and customer retention.
  • Creating and scheduling engaging content across all social media platforms, including posts, stories, and updates.
  • Monitoring social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
  •  Analyzing social media performance, generating reports, and adapting strategies as needed.
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and conducive for clients and visitors.
Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Receptionist/Social Media Manager position will possess the following qualifications:

  •  Proven experience in a receptionist role with responsibilities for customer service and administrative support.
  • Strong experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) with a track record of growing followers and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and software (MS Office, social media scheduling and analytics tools).
  •  A bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO and content marketing, is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Warm, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
