Responsible for playing a crucial role in coordinating various offline marketing initiatives,
ensuring brand consistency, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing
efforts.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
● Assist in the planning and execution of offline marketing campaigns, including
print materials, direct mail, outdoor advertising, and events.
● Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials.
● Collaborate with designers and external agencies to create print advertising
materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
● Ensure that all print collateral adheres to brand guidelines.
● Support the execution of direct mail campaigns, including list segmentation,
content development, and tracking responses.
● Monitor and report on the performance of direct mail initiatives.
● Assist in the coordination of marketing efforts for events, trade shows, and
exhibitions.
● Help with event logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
● Assist in the management of outdoor advertising campaigns, such as billboards
and transit ads.
● Monitor the placement and effectiveness of outdoor advertising efforts.
● Conduct market research and gather data on traditional marketing campaigns
and competitors.
● Assist in analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for
improvement.
● Work closely with the Traditional Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams
to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
● Help maintain brand consistency across all traditional marketing materials and
channels.
● Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing activities.
● Assist in monitoring and tracking the budget for offline marketing activities.
● Ensure that campaigns are within allocated budget limits.
- Job Requirements:
- ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fields.Competencies and Professional skills required● Proven track record in planning and executing successful digital marketingcampaigns.● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.● Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads,Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionableinsights.● Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content and marketingideas.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.● Detail-oriented and organized in campaign management and reporting.● Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.● Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Desired Personal Attributes● Teamwork spirit● Communication and Interpersonal Skills
