Consumer Sales Territory Manager

TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia S.C. is looking for a qualified and motivated candidate to join the Company as a Consumer Sales Territory Manager.

As a Consumer Sales Territory Manager, you are responsible for the following.

Activities:

• Respect and apply TotalEnergies quality and safety standards and the code of conducts.
• Monitor the sales to each customer in respect to the objective established.
• Close follow up and support to the existing and new Industry, Mine and related companies.
• Prospect potential customers and negotiate sales contract.
• Improve the sales condition of existing customers through frequent visits.
• Control the set terms and conditions of sales, credit limits and payment terms of each customer.
• Monitor and Control regularity of customer orders.
• Verify invoices for price irregularities and make certain the corrections are immediately carried out.
• Make sure collection of payments and allocations are made in time.
• Undertake periodic market survey of the business.
• Focus and survey competitive action.
• Asses and report for any development and any new project in existing clients and in prospects.
• Conduct periodic inventory of fixed asset that are at customer site.
• Workout lubrication survey on customer equipment.
• Conduct technical visits and assist customer for smooth operation.
• Propose new lubricant market needs.
• Prepare and present weekly activity report as well as monthly report by consolidating the weekly reports.

Expected results:

• Ensure customer’s loyalty, identify their needs and act accordingly.
• Ensure and keep updated files of pending documents, contracts and relevant records.
• Attain the yearly set target.

• Improve customer’s loyalty by frequent visits.
• Conduct lubrication survey on customer equipment.

Educational background

• B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering

 Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience.

• Analytical ability, communication and marketing skills, aptitude, and outstanding product knowledge.
