Responsibilities
- Be actively involved in recruitment by posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Receive and compile applications and prepare the CV summary of applications and share to Sr. Recruitment Officer.
- Compile staff documents for pension registration and ensure staff are registered accordingly and inform them to collect their pension ID.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Ensure employee ID cards are prepared and distributed on time.
- Ensure proper recording of staff files and process employee benefits
- Update personnel database in the system as well as on Excel, create a file for new hires on time.
- File and maintain personnel documents both in hard and soft copy.
- Assist the HR Officer in the inclusion of new hires into the medical insurance scheme immediately upon employment.
- Issue staff support letters upon the Sr. Management Assistant request.
- Perform other business-related assignments while necessary

- Job Requirements:
Qualification:-
- BA in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Business Administration or a related field
Experience: -
- Minimum two years of direct experience in Human Resources management, Records Management, and related areas.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HR functions (payroll, recruitment, Record Management...)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Offices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral English & Amharic Language communication skills
