Administration Manager

Everbright plastic manufacturing private enterprise is private company engaged with manufacturing of plastic bags and other plastic products with taking 16.6Ha of land, with hiring more than 1500 Ethiopian employees. General responsibilities:

• Cooperate with the GM for daily operations and instructions.
• Support in recruitment of new staffs as per the company policy.
• Ensure all staffs understand procedures and policies of the company.
• Prepare Exit interviews when staffs leave the company.
• Engage with government bodies and offices for company issues.
• Prepare periodical reports to the Management.
• Addressing any issues in a timely manner.
• Any other duty assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Graduate in Management, Business or public Administration and 5 years of work experience.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
• Have proficiency in English and competency in computer skills.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
