Deputy HR Manager

Everbright plastic manufacturing private enterprise is private company engaged with manufacturing of plastic bags and other plastic products with taking 16.6Ha of land, with hiring more than 1500 Ethiopian employees. Our company invites only competent and qualified candidates for the following position:

General responsibilities:

• Managing the recruitment and selection process.
• Ensure proper follow up of HR procedures and implementation.
• Ensure that HR manual and internal policies are in line with the national HR policies and Labor Law.
• Nurture a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

Required skils

• Graduate in Human Resource, Management or Business Administration.
• Ability to work under pressure, well organized and willing for overtime.
• Have proficiency in English and competency in computer skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR regulations.

Experience:

• 3 years proven experience; and factory experience is an advantage.
