Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced human resources and facility supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources and facility needs to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary duties will include:

• Overseeing the recruitment and selection process for new employees
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Managing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including overseeing repairs and renovations as needed
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in the workplace
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years of experience in HR and facilities management
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to HR and facilities management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Having factory experience will be helpful.
