 Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of web and mobile applications to identify and report any bugs, defects, or usability issues.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software defects.
• Learn and understand the domain of our applications to effectively test and validate the software.
• Assist in piloting and rollout activities, including producing user manuals and training guidelines.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall software quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing, preferably in web and mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
