Senior Accountant

Our Company Kabba Holding Company is looking for skilled Senior Accountant that is capable of handling all financial data in a structured and formal way.

• Analyze financial information and prepare balance sheets.
• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, and federal and state regulations.
• Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.
• Accurately perform, validate and record daily cash flows, payments and other transactions.
• Assist in financial and tax audits, and general ledger preparation.
• Prepare income tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
• Develop monthly financial statements that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
• ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
• Updating financial records via accounting software
• Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line and Calculate payroll taxes
• Reconcile ledgers monthly and quarterly
• Assist in completing audits
• Generate reports of financial status information
• follow up the processes set by Ministry of Revenue both online and face to face
