Job Description:

Rock real estate marketing agent aims to enable our clients (real estate developers) accomplish higher sales volume and a competitive market share within a short period of time by implementing effective marketing strategies.


The sales officer will be responsible meet those sales goals that it has been set by the company. He/she will be providing the reports and ensure that the goal set has been meet. He/she will be undergoing trainings on customer service and serve as the client’s needs and wants.

Typical responsibilities – key end results of the position

  • Analyze the territory/ market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply the sales representative with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Researching prospective accounts in target markets pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle undergo customer service trainings
  • Present, promote and sell apartments using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationship
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Dealing with problems

  • The sales officer should have a high degree of problem analysis for both external and internal environments in order to propose viable solution which is in line with the company’s rules and regulations.

Customer services skills

  • The sales officer should have attention to detail, must be an active lister and be able to understand what the customer wants and needs. he/she must improve the customer experience and build customer loyalty
  • Communications and working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Required no: 10 (ten)

Job type: Three months contract with potential of extension based on sales performance

Job Requirements:

Education and experience

  • Diploma/BA degree in marketing management, business management, engineering or other related social sciences studies.
  • At least 0-1 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in real estate
  • Experience in digital data collection, reporting and meeting deadlines

Minimum qualifications skills and attributes

  • Specific knowledge of real estate marketing
  • Refined professional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster collaborative relationships with employees, highly approachable and responsive in nature.
  • Ability to work with programme staff of varied skills, experience, and background at all levels.
  • Being able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Independent, self-starter; makes informed decisions without constant direction.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
