JOB DESCRIPTION

• Follow up day-to-day on the team to make sure that they follow the right safety and work procedures.
• Report team performance to the Supervisor on a regular basis.
• Creates and maintains a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
• Monitor the work progress towards goals and track details activities on the site.
• Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization.
• Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions, which are timely, and in the best interests of the organization.
• Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals and mobilize the team to different sites timely.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritizing and accurately completing them on time in a potentially stressful environment is required.
• The ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds is required.
• Working at heights on a range of telecommunications structures including poles, towers and masts to install antennas, feeders and ancillary equipment
• The ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds is required
• Conducting site audits
• Must do any work related to the above listed work, or any other work assigned by the project manager/supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, or associate degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience
• 0–1-year experience.
• The position requires climbing ladders, lifting materials, working in tunnels, manholes, ceilings, etc. and regular use of small hand tools and test equipment. 
• Must be able to work in noisy switch rooms, hot, moist, and dirty tunnels and manholes, and environments that are cold, windy, and undesirable for long-term exposure.
• Conduct visual inspections of antenna Mounts, aerials, co-axial cables, fixings, feeder cables and anchor points.
• Setting clear team goals
• Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team
• Ability to work at height and in harsh weather condition safely.
• Comply with health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Good PC skills, especially MS Excel, MS word and other IT skills.
• Able to work on different part of Ethiopia.
• The ability to meet basic medical and fitness requirements (medical required).
• Good communication skills

• Advantageous if you have Driving license.
