Scrub –Nurse or assistant Operation Theater, Head Nurse
Reporting to the circulator nurse to prepare the operating room and keep it sterile
Communicating with surgeons throughout the procedure to ensure a successful operation
Considering potential complications and creating a plan of action for if the team has to take lifesaving measures
Remaining on call to take part in emergency surgery
etc
- Job Requirements:
Relevant work experience in a similar Hospital Operation Theater setting for Minimum of 3 Years and above
Contemporary knowledge and skill in practical Clinical Nursing
Sound communication skill and smooth team work spirit
Training on Scrub Nursing and practical experience is advantage
BSc or Diploma in clinical Nursing from recognized university
