Coffee Quality Manager

Yedesta Buna is green coffee exporter working in premium segment. With clients in Europe, USA and Asia. We are looking for passioned experienced Quality manager to our lab located in Addis Ababa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily cupping sessions to evaluate the quality of green and roasted coffee samples.
• Well experience in sample roasting
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency in taste and flavor. 
• Analyze cupping results and provide feedback to our production team to improve coffee quality. 
• Keep accurate records of all cupping sessions and maintain a database of coffee profiles.
• Train and educate staff on coffee quality and cupping techniques

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in coffee cupping and quality control
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect subtle changes in coffee flavor and aroma. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Have good understanding for how laboratory is managed.
• Work experience in processing of coffee at warehousing.
• Fluent in English language both written and speech.
