- Job Description:
Purpose of the Job:
To maximize efficient utilization of the property administration by controlling GIG’s procurement and inventory usage trends.
Key Result Areas:
- Inventory Control
- Property Disposal Control
- Periodic inventory Control
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop the Property administration strategy of the GIG with the goal to control costs with budgets.
- Maintain and Manage procurement and inventory of materials.
- Ensure that goods and stock is properly controlled and organized for the achievement of the GIG’s Vision 2016.
- Perform regular cycle counts of inventory materials and assists in conducting yearly physical inventory counts.
- Ensure goods are received and managed according to GIG’s PPS standard procedure, so materials will be readily available for sector’s needs.
- Evaluate and Monitor usage and cost of all Materials, Machineries, equipment and consumables.
- Create and maintain accurate written procedures for the primary property control functions and processes.
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the stock management system implemented.
- Prepare daily reports to control the key critical areas of the stock system and address any discrepancy.

- Job Requirements:
Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Procurement and Supply Management or related fields with FOUR (4) years of demonstrated experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Management or related fields with SIX (6) years of demonstrated experience
