Job Description:

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance garment customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
• Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate garment product needs and plan product ranges/stock
• Collaborate with Garment buyers, Garment suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
• Maximize Garment customer interest and sales levels by displaying garment products appropriately
• Garment Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
• Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets of Garment
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs of garment

Requirements:

• Degree holder  by   Apparel Merchandizing
• Minimum 2 years’ experience by Merchandizing officer in garment industry or manufacturing is must )
• Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing and listening
• Strong time management abilities, including planning and prioritizing workloads
• Effective strategic planning, both for the short-term and long-term
• Thorough understanding of merchandising trends and industry best practices
• In-depth knowledge of industry-specific trends and issues
• Exceptional ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to managers, staff and suppliers
