Office description:
Engineering and construction (EPC) project office for 10-15 people ~2-3 consultants’ staff (Hifab), ~8-12 Customer staff (EEP)
Location: Dembel, Bole Olympia, Addis Abeba.
Project Description:
- 24-36 months large Automation/Telecom and construction project, main sites in Kotobe and Ambo, secondary sites in all regions of the country.
Office administration assistant main tasks:
- Managing relations with building administration and any other third parties with relation to office matters.
- Managing offices procurements and subcontracts (stationaries, utilities, courier, communications, maintenance, cleaning …)
- Managing access to office,
Project administration assistant main tasks:
- Communication management: review and issuance of project letters/minutes of meetings, issuance and updating of project communications follow up tables (letters, minutes of meeting,…)
- Documentation management: documentation management for project documentation including engineering, transmittals, verification and issuance of reports, experience with documentation management systems preferable
- Cost follow up: project procurement and costs, fuel consumption, subcontractors’ invoices, issuance of cost reports.
- Invoicing follow up and control, verification, issuance and updating of progress follow up tables, invoicing and invoice payments follow up, control of time sheets and expenses sheets.
- Travel and logistics management: booking of flights, hotels car rentals, material shipments, customs clearance…
Duration: 12 months renewable one time.
