RE-Advert- CALL FOR CONSULTANT: BRIDGE Project evaluation, Farm Impact Analysis

BRIDGE (Building Rural Income through inclusive Dairy business Growth in Ethiopia) is a five year project, started on 15 September 2018 and originally due to end at 31 December 2023 (the project period is due to be shortened to 30 June 2023). It is implemented by a consortium of SNV Ethiopia and WUR and fully funded by the Embassy of Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ethiopia. The project is implemented in partnership with the respective regions BoFED, Livestock & Fisheries Resources Development Bureaus, Cooperative Promotion Agencies and other relevant sector offices.

 Consultancy Objective

The main objective of this TOR is to invite consultant/team   to undertake a BRIDGE evaluation and fill the gap of the baseline which the project has through a verified protocol carried out HH surveys of randomly selected beneficiary farmers.

1.    Consultancy firm/team of consultants having relevant renewed license.

2.    Proven experience/track record of the firm/team of consultants on project evaluation for a minimum of five years, and experience particularly on dairy/livestock or agriculture projects evaluation.

3.    Team composition; relevant qualification and experience of proposed team members, including the lead consultant.

4.    Knowledge and experience of proposed team members of the Ethiopian dairy sector.
