Technical Services and Operations Director

Responsibilities:-

¨  Serve as right-hand network engineer to the CTO and take the lead in redesigning a sizable network infrastructure.
Actively participate in the assessment, planning, designing, and implementing of Network and Security solutions

¨  Design, deploy, support and troubleshoot large-scale network implementations based on networking designs.

¨  Maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems.

¨  Proactively identify, diagnose, analyze and troubleshoot the issues on customer networks.

¨  Knowledge and understanding of complex media systems and workflows encompassing file ingest, encoding, transcoding and delivery.

¨  Responsible for overseeing data center operation

Job Requirements: -

¨  8-12 years of experience in the Networking Industry. And up to 3 years supervision skill

¨  A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.

¨  CCIE certification is a must

¨  L2, L3 protocol in Datacom domain and Protocol experience

¨  Knowledge and understanding of complex media systems and workflows encompassing file ingest, encoding, transcoding and delivery.

¨  Protocol experience including Segment-Routing, VLAN, VRRP, Multicast, OTN, OLT, VPLS, VPWS, MPLS, MPLS-TP, VRRP, RIP, OSPFv3, RIPNG, LDP, RSVP, OSPF, BFD, BGP, ISIS, OSPFv2, BGP-VPLS, STP, RSTP, MSTP.

¨  Experience in managing data center device

¨  Solid background in network administration and architecture

¨  Expert level ability to gather relevant information required to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

¨  Provide helpful feedback about the procedure, the resources used, performance, capacity, and scalability

¨  Follow up instruct, guide and train technical team
