Consultancy for Interior Design Architects

Objective of the assignment

Youth impact development association (YIDA) is a local non-governmental organization committed to bring lasting changes in the lives of youth and vulnerable community groups. To achieve organizational objectives, Youth Impact operates integrated Youth and Community Development Centers. Currently the organization is opening a new center in Arada Sub-city, Woreda 07 around Menilik Hospital to be used as Youth and Community Development Resource Center. Hence the purpose of this call is to hire competent interior design architects to renovate different building units of the center.

Scope of the Assignment:-

The assignment involves renovating the main building (consist of the library, ICT room, admin offices and rest rooms) and the training and skill development section (consists of the main training hall, arts and creativity rooms and coffee area). It also involves designing the entire compound with landscaping and necessary beautifying structures. Renovating of rooms require redesigning ceiling, floor, wall as well as doors and windows. Book shelves, tables and computer stands will also be part of the work. The contractor is expected to beautify the whole rooms using quality materials to be supplied by the contractor.
