Job Description:

Position summary 

The Administration and Finance Head is responsible for the planning, coordinating, monitoring, directing and controlling activities of the department Administrating the personal function of recruitment for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Therefore, Maintaining and auditing the Centre's accounts, preparing the annual budget proposals, managing the budgeting process, approving accounts payable, reconciling accounts, providing final accounts, preparing income-expenditure and other regular financial reports and management of the financial resources, Assets.

Essential Duties

  • Develops short, medium and long-term human resource management and development strategic plan and programs; coordinates and follows up the proper implementation of same
  • Formulates policies, regulations, safety and disciplinary rules, employee appraisal systems for submission to management and ensures enforcement upon approval;
  • Administers the personnel functions of recruitment, placement, orientation, compensation, appraisal, training and management development, transfer, promotion, discipline, termination and social security
  • Ensures that the company’s manpower has the required skill and competence through a strategic human resource development programs and evaluates the impacts on the over all organizational performance
  • Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information
  • Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
  • Conducting annual salary surveys
  • Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
  • Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
  • Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
  • Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
  • Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
  • Integrate with human resource department  for the skill development training for financial staff
  • Facilitate all the necessary document for internal and external auditors
  • control  accounts receivable on the given period of time
  • Participating in administrative staff meetings
  • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
  • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
  • Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program

Job Requirements:

Education  

  • BA or MA in accounting, Management, Business Administration certified accounting or related field

Experience

  • 3 years for BA graduate or 1 years for MA graduate and above in related role

Skills and Behaviors

  • Communication skill (both written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in auditing and planning.
  • Proven experience in supervising and verifying through audit investigations.
  • Interpersonal and cross functional skills.
