Job Description:


  • Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions, and redundancy packages with staff
  • Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
  • Maintaining employee records and paperwork
  • Managing pensions and benefits administration
  • Looking after the health, safety, and welfare of all employees
  • Organizing staff training
  • Monitoring staff performance and attendance
  • Working with line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's employment policies and procedures 
  • Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
  • Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting, promotion, and hiring analytics
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation

Job Type: Full time – 40hrs/wk.

Experience: Mid-Level

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, or related fields. 
  • 1 - 2+ years of experience as human resources officer.
  • Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development, etc. 
  • Good understanding of labor laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good decision-making and Problem-solving skills.
