Job Description


Responsible for the receiving, storing, and issuing of materials (such as Pharma, Medical and others), maintaining inventory and stock records of primary healthcare centre store.

Main Duties and Responsibility’s 

  • Receive, record and store goods purchased 
  • Keep correct records of each item in the stock books/computer spread sheet provided
  • Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
  • Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
  • Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
  • Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels
  • Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
  • Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses Oversee the movement of equipment
  • Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
  • Create purchase orders and utilize purchasing card to perform low-value procurement activities
  • Maintain stock in an organized storage system ensuring that older goods are used first
  • Inspect, check against Delivery order/Invoice Issue and issue Goods receiving
  • Issuing Goods and Goods Issuance note up on approval of Store requisition form.
  • Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized
  • Assist in year end and surprise stock count procedures
  • Issue a report for Senior Procurement officer and operation manager on stock level
  • Assist in other areas as needed

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, public administration or a relevant field.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in store management & store keeping.

Language Skills

  • Good command in English.
  • Basic computer skills
