Job Description:

Purpose of the Job

Provide assist in all administrative matters and support in the various HR function.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
  • Collecting employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
  • Maintains human resources records based on the given instruction.
  • Liaise and respond to any department heads about their absence, presence and late comer of employees.
  • Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, and records.
  • Ensure the proper and on time reporting of work place accidents/injuries to the concerned party.
  • Reporting of any causes affects the monthly payroll.
  • Performs related activities as required.

Job Requirements:

A- Education

  • BA Degree in Management/ Public Administration/Human Resource Management or other related business field.

B- Experience

  • Minimum of one/1/ year experience in HR or Administration related functions.

C- Core Competencies

  • Strong ethics with punctuality.
  • Strong ethical leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational & human skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
