Assistant Customer Service Officer -For Branch`s under Addis Ababa District

DB/ Vacancy- 0322/22

Job Summary

  •  The candidate is interested in and able to make front office customer service support at the branch. S/he will assist in handle account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
Job Requirements:

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • Diploma in Accounting, Banking & Finance Sales, Marketing, Information Technology or any other equivalent fields
  • Level 4 COC Certified
  • Year of graduation is 2020 and on-wards

Experience

  • Zero (0) year of experience
  • Not more than 25 years of age (for external applicants)

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications and good command of the core banking system.
