- Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture or other related fields.
- Relevant experience of not less than two years in growing Roses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of rose production practices, including cultural practices, irrigation, fertilization, and disease and pest management.
