Real Estate Project Manager

DMC Real Estate Plc would like to invite competent Candidates for the vacant position of Project Manager.                                                                           

• Plans , organizes and controls and supervises the overall activities of the construction of DMC real estate project
• Provides technical direction by ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Covers all areas of project management like planning, cost management, time management, quality management, contract administration and safety management
• monitor the progress of construction activities
• Devise the project work plans and make revisions on regular basis
• Identify and suggest the element of project design and construction

• BSc / MSc in Project Management, Civil Engineering or Construction Technology and Management.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in real estate and building more than 5 years’ experience in project manager on real estate development project.
