Export Officer

In coordination with the Senior Export Officer and under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, Export Officer will perform export and sales-related activities of the company. 

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform export sales activities of the company in line with the overall aims and requirements of the company.

2. Process export and related tasks of the company.

3. Perform export procedures and activities with the concerned government organizations and financial institutions, such as the Ministry of Agriculture, Shipping Line, Customs, National Bank, Commercial Banks, and related organizations.

4. Ensure a timely clearance of export documents.

5. Handle the necessary documentation and forms for the efficient, cost-effective, and lawful execution of all export activities and hand them over to relevant authorities and personnel as required.

6. Gather appropriate and relevant export laws and procedures; tariffs and duties; licenses and restrictions and share them with colleagues.

7. Communicate with export transit agents to clear export documents and products on time.

 8. Report activities related to export activities, and trends, and offer recommendations.

9. Perform tasks related to export and local sales invoices in coordination with the Senior   Export Officer.

10. Perform other related duties given by an immediate supervisor as required.

1.      B.A. Degree in Procurement and Logistics/ Management/ Business Management/     Agri- Business from recognized University/ College with zero year experience.

2.      Diploma in Procurement and Logistics/ Management/ Business Management/ Agri-Business from a recognized University/ College with two years of relevant experience.

3.      Fluency in Spreadsheet and other MS office products.
