Job Description
- Develop and ensures the implementation of a sustainable staff development systems based on competencies and performance management including training plan and tracking
- Reviewing staff performance or proficiency evaluations in a timely manner
- Creating and proposing training programs on various aspects of employees development
- Working with others Manager in assessing training needs
- Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with department Managers
- Designing and developing training and development programs based on the request of the company needs.
- Producing, collecting and develop training materials for employees based on assessment need.
- Review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions the identified progress and needs with managers.
- Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;
- Ensure that kerchanshe trading staffs have access to training and development opportunities according to their position and role on various levels.
- Job Requirements:
- BA degree in business management, public Administration, HR management and related fields.
- Minimum of five years’ experience as senior HR training and Development officer, preferably experience with a FMCG and at least 3 years’ experience as a training and development officer.
Skills Required- Exceptional communication skills, judgment and decision-making ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English, Amharic and Afan Oromo is mandatory.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Must be able to work proactively and anticipate future needs or obstacles before they arise.
- Demonstrate initiative in the work environment.
- Flexible and team player.
