MOBISCREENS (MDS) is currently inviting qualified candidates to apply for the position of Legal Officer.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Advising the Company on all legal matters that may arise in its operations
• Advising the Company on the legislation that affect the Organization and changes made thereof;
• Negotiating for contracts,
• Drawing and vetting of contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
• Coordinating the Company’s complaint management system
• Monitoring compliance with legal and statutory requirements of the Company

Qualifications & Experience

• LLB/LLM
• At least 5 year of experience as legal advisor
• Proven experience on the role
• Understanding of business laws, labor laws, Finance laws, etc.
• Experience in fundraising will be a plus
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
